Founded in 2001, AMResorts, which is owned by Apple Leisure Group, provides sales, marketing and brand management services to eight resort brands comprising 72 all-inclusive properties throughout Mexico, Jamaica, Curacao, St. Thomas, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama and Spain. This February, AMResorts broke ground on two properties in Miches, on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic: the Secrets Playa Esmeralda Punta Cana and the Dreams Playa Esmeralda Punta Cana.
