Baymont Inns & Suites

Baymont Inns & Suites offers affordable, midscale accommodations in the U.S. Most locations are in the South and the Midwest, with a handful of locations in California.

The chain began as a limited-service, discount-priced motel chain. The first property, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, opened in 1973 and was named Budgetel. Following a series of ownership changes, the chain is now owned by Wyndham Worldwide and competes in the midrange category.

All Baymont properties offer a complimentary Continental breakfast with waffles and French toast, free high-speed Internet access, free local calls, long-distance access, TVs with premium channels, in-room coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, and bath products. Children younger than 18 stay free with an accompanying adult.

Many of the properties include an indoor or outdoor pool and a fitness center. Shuttles are available at locations near airports.

Baymont Inns & Suites offers the Wyndham Rewards programs. Through the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, members can redeem points for free hotel stays, airline miles and gift cards. Other participating hotels include Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Grand Collection, Wyndham Garden, Wingate, Howard Johnson, Ramada, Knights Inn, Super 8, Hawthorn Suites, Days Inns and Suites, Travelodge and Microtel.
