The refurbished Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony will set sail later this year with the Umi Uma restaurant and sushi bar onboard.

Crystal, the reincarnated Crystal Cruises, will retain the Japanese restaurant by Michelin star chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa. The specialty dining venue will serve entrees including Nobu-style black cod, grilled Chilean sea bass, Wagyu beef filet steak and sushi.

Bernie Leypold, senior vice president of hotel operations for both the former and new line, said, "It wouldn't be Crystal without having one of the most popular restaurants, Umi Uma, back on board when the new Crystal sets sail."

Reservations are required to dine at Umi Uma. Guests will have one complimentary reservation per person for sailings of 11 days or fewer. Longer sailings will include two complimentary reservations. Additional reservations can be confirmed for a $50 charge.

The Crystal Serenity will make its inaugural sailing for the new Crystal on July 31 from Marseille, France. The Crystal Symphony will follow with a Sept. 1 debut from Athens.

Update: Additional reservations at Umi Uma can be confirmed for a $50 charge.
