White has been with Hickory since 2015. He has more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry.
Rick Richardson was named director of global marketing and growth. Richardson's background is in digital and traditional marketing in a variety of industries, including technology, nonprofit, broadcast television and film.
Hickory has named Frank Pratas director of global call center operations for travel fulfillment center Hickory Solutions365. Pratas joins Hickory with more than 35 years of experience in the travel industry, holding leadership roles with agencies Corporate Travel Management, Travel and Transport, and Atlas Travel International.
Gessika Auguste has been named hotel and supplier marketing specialist. Auguste's background is in real estate business operations.
