2022 Developments

* Acquired Ensemble and rebuilt the consortium to maximize profitability for members, who were onboarded to ADX (Agent Digital Experience), a proprietary booking platform that enables them to book and invoice all aspects of a client's trip.

* Introduced logos, events, hotel program, marketing, a fam program and print and digital publications: Range, a monthly digital magazine, and Range Best, which includes preferred partner offerings and promotions.

* Expanded core team in operations, partner and member solutions, marketing and technology.

* Kensington Tours launched several high-end products, including a collection of VIP insider-style experiences designed around prestigious global events; a private villa portfolio; and Voyages by Kensington Tours, which includes more than 15 cruise partners across expedition, river and ocean journeys.

* Travel Edge Network unveiled several programs to support advisors, including in-house, 24/7 support; training for both new and experienced agents; a biannual virtual conference, fam trips to preferred partners for hotel, air and tour operators; and TEN Champions, featuring selected advisors who serve as brand representatives and ambassadors.
