Agents can take advantage of reduced travel agent rates on fleetwide sailings based on their NCLU Degree: Associate Degree (15%), Bachelor's Degree (20%), or Master's Degree (25%). Agents who earn the top level, the Ph.D. Degree, receive 30% reduced travel agent rates and automatically qualify for a free cruise for two. To earn the Ph.D. Degree, agents must take the NCLU Core Course, their choice of 12 Electives and four Graduate Courses, as well as fulfill the booking requirement of any five, seven-plus-day cruises that are sold and sailed after earning their Master's Degree. Once agents reach the Ph.D. Degree, they will receive their Ph.D. badge, certificate and have access to redeem their Ph.D. free cruise.
