One&Only Resorts is a member of the Kerzner International Limited group. The chain currently offers five locations around the world: Los Cabos, the Bahamas, the Maldives, Mauritius and Dubai. One&Only is planning additional locations in South Africa (2009) and Costa Rica and Zanzibar (2010).
Each One&Only Resort offers unique architecture and design. The chain stresses excellence in all areas of service and offers an unpretentious, luxurious and highly individualized experience for all guests. One&Only resorts offer a wide range of activities from world-class spa treatments and golf courses to more location-specific activities such as scuba diving at the Los Cabos resort or surfing sand dunes in Dubai. All locations offer exquisite on-site dining, with specific locations featuring Michelin-starred chefs.
One-of-a-kind locations and world-class amenities have their price. Rates vary widely from each One&Only Resort to the next, but guests can expect rates to begin around US$500 per night and continue much higher. During peak season (22 December-9 January) a multibedroom villa in Mauritius fetches more than US$19,000 per night.
