Agents who reach the highest level in the OneSource Academy online training program, Commodore, earn a free graduation cruise. The academy gives agents access to dozens of classes about both Princess and Cunard through the OneSource Travel Agent Center portal. There are four tiers; once the fourth is completed, agents are dubbed Commodores. The program also provides yearly refresher courses to teach agents the latest about the brand.
