Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts is an Asia-based luxury hotel group that caters to business and leisure travelers alike. It began in 1971 with a single location in Singapore and now offers deluxe hotels and resorts in major cities in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Kerry Hotels is the newest brand in the Shangri-La family and emphasizes a vibrant, relaxed atmosphere for travelers. These hotels provide contemporary luxury, and seek to help guests balance work and life. Kerry Hotels also offers an extended-stay option with the Residences at Kerry Parkside, which is adjacent to the hotel and allows residents to have full use of the hotel facilities. Guest rooms generally feature complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, iPod docking station, bath amenities, direct-dial phone, work desk, bar counter, and duvet and pillow menu.

Traders Hotels cater to business and leisure travelers who desire high-quality accommodations at a reasonable price. Hotels are located in major business centers. All Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts offer a variety of on-site dining options that range from lounges and bars to world-class restaurants in various international styles. Some hotels and resorts even feature poolside bars.

Membership in Shangri-La's Golden Circle allows guests special benefits such as late checkout times, buffet breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, suit pressing upon arrival, daily international newspaper and concierge service.

CHI is a world-class spa found at certain Shangri-La locations. The spa follows a holistic approach based on healing philosophies from China and the Himalayas. CHI features private spa suites that include a changing area, spa shower, bath and steam, and a lounge area.
