A new Four Seasons resort is coming to the Dominican Republic's Samana Bay.

Set to open in 2026, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia will be located along 60 acres of beachfront on Samana Bay's southern coast.

The project, which is part of the Tropicalia sustainable development site owned by Cisneros Real Estate, will comprise 95 guestrooms and 25 three- and four-bedroom residences. The Tropicalia estate is also home to a working coconut plantation and an organic farm.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic will feature amenities like a spa, fitness and wellness facilities and a Kids for All Seasons children's club as well as a variety of food and beverage venues, including a specialty restaurant, beachside grill, poolside bar, ceviche bar, juice bar, marketplace and sundry shop, coffee shop and rum bar.

Additionally, a Tom Doak-designed golf course is on track to debut at Tropicalia after completion of the Four Seasons resort.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic will be the luxury brand's sole outpost in the Dominican Republic.
