It will feature a march through the indoor shopping venue that will include mariachis and dancers. Eli Zamora, a contestant on the Mexican and U.S. versions of "The Voice," will perform. His brother, Benjamin, will be the master of ceremonies.

Eli Zamora, his traditional mariachi band and authentic folkloric dancers will return to perform at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 and 17 in St. Mark's Square.
